With only a high school education, Carlos worked long hours at the local butcher shop before he enrolled at the Academy. There Carlos has been trained in the art of metal crafting. For him, it is an art that awakens a desire within him to keep thinking and achieving something better. Now he can financially provide for his wife and two beautiful daughters. In fact, since beginning his work, he has begun to think more seriously about taking responsibility in his home. Because of his excellent work, Carlos now is employed as an instructor at the Academy. His vision is to teach a few, who will in turn teach a few more, and by so doing, reach many. Who knows, together they might just reach the country!
