Over the last 28 years, Amy has been practicing as an expert in forensic interviewing and national and international protocols, conducting over 6,000 forensic interviews. She has assisted in writing legislation for countries on child abuse crimes; went to Rwanda to interview victims of the 1994 genocide; and has interviewed survivors of child sex tourism cases in Cambodia, South Africa, Manila, Cebu, Cameroon, England, and Haiti. Alongside 15 other national experts in human trafficking, Amy was invited to brief the President of the United States in 2019.
