The Product Event Supervisor is a full-time position in the Product Department responsible for managing the daily process of packing and fulfilling product requests for all parties and events. Responsibilities also include overseeing product staff members; maintaining communication with other departments; tracking the flow of product; and handling related financial needs. The Product Event Supervisor reports to the Product Manager. Travel is not required.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Train new and seasonal employees and supervise current party packing staff
- Daily monitoring of event booking system to create schedule of upcoming picking and packing needs, setting and adjusting operational priorities, and coordinating event-related projects
- Consistently communicate product picking and packing assignments, deadlines, and projects to Party Packers, monitoring timely workflow, and provide assistance as needed
- Take ultimate responsibility for the timely delivery, return, and inventory processing of party and event product
- Update and maintain event product details and records in event booking system
- Communicate between all departments involved in party and event process including Call Center, Accounting, Product, Executive Assistant to the President, Volunteering, and Retail
- Creating and determining best practices for event product selection, displays, and collection sizes
- Obtain and maintain display pieces for parties and events
- Oversees the inventory of promotional materials, event hosting tools and resources, and shipping supplies
- Picks and packs (if needed) product sets for parties or events
- In coordination with Accounting, oversee monetary and financial elements of outgoing and returning event product sets, including card reader devices and cash handling
- Coordinate with the Product Manager, step in as leader in their absence, and understand the scope and processes of the department
- Participates in quarterly physical inventory counts
- Other duties as assigned or needed
