Bio

Kaitlyn Zittel a singer songwriter from Grand Rapids, Michigan who combines the rawness of Americana with a poetic depth uncharacteristic of her peers. Kaitlyn’s music is reminiscent of such artists as Ben Howard and Of Monsters and Men, all while remaining uniquely original. She has been writing since she was six years old, and performing since she was 15 years old, sharing her passion with her audiences, with her voice and guitar.

Her debut EP, Wither, was released in 2015 and explores the themes of life and adventure, love and loss, and the dreams we hold tight. At only 19, Kaitlyn has the vocal prowess of those who have trained all their lives, capable of the most subtle notes and the most brash explosions. Recently, she has traveled throughout India and Europe, and together with the close of her Grand Rapids tour, she is loaded with new material and ready to hit the studio again.
