Team WAR is an extension of Women At Risk, International as a fundraising platform to empower YOU to make your race count by raising awareness and funds for our anti-trafficking efforts across the street and around the world.

We have chosen to partner with the Gazelle Girl Half Marathon/5K/10K (http://gazellegirlhalfmarathon.com) in our hometown of Grand Rapids, Michigan. We are asking all of our supporters in or around the Grand Rapids community- whether you’re a weathered runner, or you’re just lacing up your first pair of sneakers- to consider being a part of Team WAR on April 14, 2019 and help us raise $25,000!

Please Note: Signing up for Team WAR does not automatically register you for the Gazelle Girl Race; you will need to do so separately. However, when you sign up for Team WAR, we’ll give you a discount code to apply to your race registration! To help clarify, WAR, Int’l does not receive any proceeds from Gazelle Girl registration fees, but we encourage Team WAR members to use their participation to raise funds on our behalf. We are also thankful for the opportunity to use this race as a platform to raise awareness about our organization and the work we do on behalf of survivors. Your participation matters!
