A small micro-enterprise in Paraguay was started by two college students and 15 women who create aprons, bibs, clutch bags, and other crafts. These women work for a fair wage, 10 times what is average, and also take classes on business. This business allows them to work and care for their families. Their ages range from 17-65. Some dream of going to business or medical school, while others dream of opening a hair salon or an in-home eatery.
