Job: Digital Marketing Team Lead

The Marketing Lead is a full-time position that will be responsible for all ongoing marketing efforts of the WAR Chest Boutique, and Women At Risk, International (WAR, Int’l) as a whole. This position also encompasses advertising, public relations, sales support and other aspects that fall under the marketing umbrella. The role will have an emphasis on developing and growing WAR, Int’l’s digital marketing strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee, manage, and develop WAR, Int’l’s marketing team
  • Develop Marketing & Content Calendars for all three divisions
  • Develop and manage the website and social media presence as well as lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, remarketing, social, email, and paid and organic campaigns
  • Use feedback from analytics and campaign metrics to determine efficacy of marketing efforts; used to inform future tactics and campaigns.
  • Identify and recruit new influencers and affiliate marketing programs, and grow them into key brand and business drivers, with measurable impact across reach, impressions, traffic, and sales
  • Research and implement a geo-targeted mobile ad campaign
  • Nurture leads through brand awareness campaigns and remarketing efforts
  • Manage WAR’s social media pages along with assistance from marketing associate
  • Plan and carry out WAR’s annual fundraising efforts through Giving Tuesday and Team WAR
  • Manage the promotion of events hosted by WAR, Int’l, WAR Chest Boutique while collaborating with appropriate team leads and managers
  • Oversee and facilitate seasonal photoshoots and look books
  • Manage media buys and renewals
  • Compile data for monthly and Board reports to show ROI and response rates
  • Organize and oversee weekly team huddles and one-on-ones with staff as needed
  • Create and update branding guide and standards
  • Oversee and pursue additional marketing efforts such as promotional videos, text marketing, billboards, publicity opportunities including media appearances, marketing research
  • Any other responsibilities the leadership deem valuable or necessary

Skills & Abilities

  • High competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and G Suite
  • Deep knowledge of all Social Media platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
  • High-level of organization, acute attention to detail, strong problem solving
  • 3+ years marketing experience required
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks on a timely basis
  • Staff management experience required and Graphic design experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Hootsuite, Asana, Canva or similar web-based programs required
